I thrive best in start-up like environments (zero to one) working on impactful solutions with activities ranging from laying out concrete technology vision and strategy, building high-performance engineering teams, creating effective architectures and if needed hands-on development.
In general I enjoy real challenges on as well personal as professional level and am open minded and resourceful and always willing to listen and collaborate. As a sociotechnical architect I am in the sweet spot in between people, business and IT, but in the end technological beauty is my business.
